Project:

The project requirement was to procure and deliver a concrete batching plant into Baghdad, Iraq, followed by full installation and commissioning.

Location: Baghdad Diplomatic Support Centre, Iraq

 

Scope of Works:

• International procurement and delivery of a Elkomix-135 Quick Master Compact (with Transfer Conveyor) Concrete Batch Plant

• Site work at the BDSC grading, levelling, and compaction of the site area

• TW placed all slabs, footings and barriers with concrete using an on-site batch plant

• TW assembled and erected all of the provided components of an ELKOMIX 135 QUICK MASTER
  Concrete Batch Plant on BDSC site properly inc. associated plumbing and construction of a ramp

• TW constructed material holding bins for a Sand and Gravel area with an interior dimension of 50 feet x 50 feet by 12-foot height

• TW provided full technical support throughout

• Full calibration and commission on site

• Provision of qualified technicians to perform user level familiarisation with onsite personell, including a written instruction manual
